The SKIPPERS Brand Name, Logos, and Intellectual Property are registered trademarks and the sole and exclusive property of Starway Restaurants, LLC.  Starway Restaurants, LLC is the sole & exclusive owner of the SKIPPERS Brand Name, Logos, Intellectual Property and Rights including, but not limited to, Trademarks, Servicemarks, Trade-Names, Proprietary Products, Proprietary Recipes, Proprietary Packaging, Domain Names, Social Media Identities, Online Identities, and Rights. Only those entities and individuals with the express, written consent of STARWAY RESTAURANTS, LLC, may use and be affiliated with the SKIPPERS Brand Name, Logos, and Intellectual Property. Any entities or individuals who use, attempt to use, sell, attempt to sell, market, attempt to market, do business as, attempt to do business as, claim affiliation with, and or imitate the SKIPPERS Brand Name, Logos, and Intellectual Property without the express, written consent of Starway Restaurants, LLC will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law and may face SEVERE CRIMINAL and CIVIL PENALTIES.
